Okay, I'll add my 2 cents. First off, get those guts out asap and get the brisket opened up so it can cool down. Field dressing is part of the hunt, roll up your sleeves and put on the latex gloves. I've done so many deer, hogs, elk, moose and bear I can do it without a flashlight, come to think of it I've done that too. The only thing I'm concerned with when field dressing is a bear coming in on me. I don't want to spend any more time around that gut pile than I have too.
The gut pile doesn't even make it through the night around here.
Get tough and deal with it.
