Furthermore I have had forester,wildlife bio on my place making suggestions,and since they was here on my dollar , I believe them to be working in my best interest.

If you pay them enough they will tell you anything you want to hear. But, I doubt that you could find one PGC or DCNR forester that would tell you that you can get adequate regeneration at 40 DPSM.
