Furthermore , you half baked solution to better hunting will create the same problems that the PGC claims to be addressing. Bowtruck, may plant crops for his deer on his 1080 acres, but if he has a neighbor with a commercial farm,an orchard, nursery or truck farm ,that neighbor will not appreciate having 50 DPSM . If a neighbor wants to timber his property and Bowtruck has 50 DPSM the neighbor is going to have a hard time getting adequate regeneration. Also, tying up more private land for a limited numbers of hunters will only compound the problem on public land. So your proposed solution to the PGC's current mismanagement is even more mismanagement.
