Default perhaps I explained my problem wrong.

So after shooting for the last few days, I have come to the conclusion that my nocking point is too low. Does this sound right?
I think this is correct because I had to move my rest up about a quarter inch to have my arrows centered on the berger/rest mounting bolt. I did this and my arrow groups immediately became much much tighter.

But, now my arrow is just slightly higher than parralel and after shooting a few bare shafts they continuously hit higher than FP's and if I start to lower the rest I get contact again.

I don't have the equipment to move the nock right now, but does anyone think that the direction I am going is correct?
