Default Shelf contact by fletching

Hey all I joined this forum a few weeks ago because I was wanting to learn more about tuning my bow.
I was having a problem with arrow groups being very random seeming, though much of this may have been from lack of practice for the spring.
But, I learned a bit about tuning here and was trying to get my 100g muzzy three blades to group with my FPs. After chasing my FPs around a bit I though I had them hitting together, which was awesome.
My problem now is that it seems that I have lowered my drop zone so much that I now am having fletching contact on the riser shelf where the foam arrow holder is. It is only on the left side and I have cut it down to near nothing but I am still noticing that a wear mark is forming in the foam. my nock point seems about 1/4" high right now.
Does anybody have any ideas what would be causing this? I have tried to adjust my tiller as per the sticky thread above
Bow setup: Bear Instinct, 26.5" dl, 27.25 Easton xcell 400, 65#'s, release no D-loop, kisser, tube peep sight, trophy ridge drop zone,
