Those aluminums are going to be splined different than the carbons. That alone can cause the difference in where they are striking. Especially when it' s a vertical displacement when shooting a release.
Take the carbon arrow. If it' s on target with the field tips, but low with the BH' s then a simple lowering of your nock point a smidge may cure the problem.
