I' m not 100% sure on what your tryin to explain but what I understand for you to do, is just move your pins. I have 4 pins on my hunting sights. 1 for 20 metres, 1 for 30 meters, 1 for 40 metres and my bottom pin is 50 metres. I find this excellent in the hunting situation. If my target is at 35 metres I' ll put where I want to hit inbetween the 20 and 30 pins. If its at 25 metres I' ll put where I want to hit in between my 20 and 30 pins. You can' t go wrong really.

My pins start at 20 metres because between 20 and 10 metres there is only a 1 inch drop in my arrow therfore i formed a habit to shoot 1 inch low at 10 metres.
