I would say switch. Not that I have anything against mathews. But when you' ve had the troubles you' ve had with lame answers to your questions, It' s time to givew someone else a try.
Maybe a smaller company that has time to work with you on the phone and e-mail.
Like Diamond, Pearson or parker.
For instance, last year when I was trying to find a Diamond dealer in my area I called and talked to the " OWNER" of Diamond archery- he' s who answered the phone[
