I bought a bottle and didn't get impressed. I had to swab after a few shots and it was harder to clean then any BP or sub.I ever worked with.
I hunt here in Va. and my average shots are in the range of 75 yards. I shoot an inline (Knight Vision & NEF Sidekick) and I have never had to shoot more then 85 grs. of powder ( Pyrodex,Pinnacle, or 777) and either the 300 gr. XTP or Shockwave. They have harvested deer every year that I have been hunting ML season (10yrs.).
I must admit though that I have recently been lured to the primative side of ML season. This year I few friends and I will go on a FL only hunt this season. It is something that we talked about and find interesting. That will be after we fill our freezers first!!!
Oh yeah, I gave the rest of that BH209 powder to my friend. He didn't care for it either!
The price doesn't help any, $40.00 here in the local Bass Pro Shop.
