mitch, Send it back to mathews. If your shop won' t then do it yourself. Call them and get a Warrenty Return Authorization Number (RA). That will help you track the bow. I met one of the techs at my local bow shop (we are only 2 hrs from Mathews headquarters). He said if I ever had a problem that I could not figure out just send a detailed letter to them with the problem, solutions tried, and they would make sure that it operated at original spec. They do have a lifetime warrenty and I would make sure that you at least try it.
On purchasing a new Mathews, I just did and would reccomend it to anyone.
