I would recomend flipping and pitching a plastic worm into what ever you are fishing, a creature bait or crawfish bait. Wal mart or bps has a good selection of these. Flip or pitch these into the HEAVIEST cover you have to fish and I am almost sure you will catch some bass. The best rods to use are medium heavy ugly sticks , 65 pound braid, and a 6:3:1 gear ratio or if you have the money a 7:3:1 gear ratio baitcast reel .
