Thanks, both of you--I appreciate the info and the sound advice. Iv'e been doing some thinking and realizing that I really don't need two .30 cal big bores means that by selling the CZ 550 30-06, I'll be able to afford a really decent scope for the model 700. The CZ is a beautiful gun and a real shooter, but I just have a thing for the Remington 700's and this LSS is too much gun to have a questionable scope on it.
