I don't think it could get any tastier!!!! just don't try and bury the flavor of the bear meat with the rub!! so many on these boards advocate slathering ten tons of crap onto their game meat and totally kill the real flavor of the game!!!! of courseU shoot a deer in the rut it's going to taste like crap anyway so U have to mask the nasty taste!!!I cook all my game just asI would beef, a little salt and pepper and call it good!!! maybe a bit of A-1 or 57 sauce but not much!!!
