MountainDevil54 Not saying that CVA is the only company with problems. I am just sharing what happened to me.
Was your TC brand new and not fired when it required to have service?
I just think that a product should be as advertised,without defects and if not, a consumer should not have to pay to rectify any problems.
I might have felt different if actually got to use the product. I also may have felt a little different if CVA customer service had stepped up and offered to pay for the shipping the first time around.
