It does spread lime very well. It is about 40 yrs old and still works. My friends father used it when we were kids. I use a pull spreader on my pasture and big wheat field but it will be good for my shooting lanes. i just have the bulk dropped off out front and load it myself. Just thought some of the members that had 1-2 acres might want one.
