Here is a link from the Pa Game Commission that indicates it is within 25 miles of PAs southern border.

According to the response plan, anytime CWD is identified within 50 miles of Pennsylvania's borders the Task Force Executive Committee is to meet to begin monitoring the situation.

Back in 2005 CWD was found in WV about 35 miles away.
