Yep. Big pile ofBS. Only about 40% of fees come from hunting licenses. The rest comes from other sources other than license fees.

It's 46.46% revenue from hunting license sales.

And the rest of it comes from the land the hunting license, bought by hunters of the past, have purchased for the future. It still all comes from hunters with no general funds dollars.
