I realize you are asking about the Kodiak, but two of my nephews have CVA optimas any they really like them. It also sounds like the new CVA Accura should be a good gun. I guess what I am trying to say is handle a few other guns and see which one feels most comfortable for you and has the features you want or need. I realize price also has to be considered, but it looks like most of CVA's products are fair priced. Okay I hope I was some help. If not the other guys on this forum should be.
