I use tampons too , just make sure they are the unscented kind . The new gel core types will hold the most liquid , the panty liners work well too and have their own adhesive for fastening to branches . In the field I' ll usually use 2 , one with doe and one with buck tarsal / semen scent . I keep them in zip bags to prevent them from drying out between hunts , and to make the scent last longer .
