RE: CUSTOMER SERVICE- good and bad
I can say that CVA's Customer Service was the Best I have ever experienced. I purchased a CVA ACCURA and I loved it so I bought another. When I received my second one the (barrel-Lug) came off. I e-mailed Mark Hendricks from CVA and explained the problem and with in 15 minutes I had a reply from him! He sent me a pre-piad UPS label on the computer, I printed it off and sent it back to CVA that day. He also told me that as soon as the UPS's label information was in the UPS's system that he'd ship my replacement ACCURA right away. My replacement was shipped the next day. CVA did'nt even receive the one I sent them yet and my new one was on the way. I received it 4 days afterI first talked to Mark. I have also e-mailed Mark and asked him questions and my replys were always ansewred within the hour if not sooner. So Thank you Mark and CVA for your Excellent Service! Ron
