Sounds like you are getting a little fletching contacting your rest, string/cables, riser somewhere, probably the rest. might turn the nocks where everything looks clear, I have even stooped so low as to put a little lipstick (its my wifes i swear) on the edge of the fletching and looking after I shoot on the rest to see if there is any contact.
