Changing the grip will lengthen or shorten your DL.The thickness of the grip will shorten or lengthen your DL a little.Your hand is now closer to the riser elbow and your hand position maychange. The 2-pieceshould lengthen it a small amount. Maybe not enough to even worry about. However, I'd take your 1-piece off and draw the bowto get an idea of what the change will be like. You can also measure the DL with the grip on and off to see the difference.

My friend did that with his Matthews and they have pretty thick grips. It made a big difference in how the bow felt.
