I will say, since we are talking about noise and the WB... I have found it very noisy ONLY with certain arrows. I have used many different arrows so i know that the wb can be noisy (for all the non believers). With a first gen. easton axis arrow, the wb is absolutely dead silent. It makes 0 noise! With a new Axis Nano, the story is not the same. It is LOUD when drawn. It reminded me of an old tm hunter with the white tips on them[&:]

Other than that, i love the wb as much as a drop away. I shsot hunter class 3d with my wb on my general last year and never had a problem with it. It definately has its place in the hunting world.
