fall away, when i first got my WB years ago i thought i had it all figured out. then my veins started fallin off and tuning was not fun. hunting in the cold i had to keep it clean and it was noisy with both carbon and aluminum arrows. after i bought my ripcord i have had no such problems. totally happy. go with a fall away
