I've been that way too Greg but my speed was always 285 fps this way the bow stayed in spec for ASA shooting. I'd set my rig up for ASA and shoot both ASA and IBO with it, throw on broadheads and hunt. My Allegiance was the first bow I hunted with over 300fps. I was shooting Muzzy and Snypers beautifully out of it.

My 82nd can shoot 340 fps if I wanted it too, for 3D I was sending them downrange at 327 fps but when it came time to set it up for hunting I went with a semi heavy arrow at 280fps. It's all I needed.
