I have bowfished Ocoee a bunch. There is a lake up there with houses all around the banks. Real popular bowfishing lake. Tilapia by the hundreds. I have to assume someone skipped an arrow up onto a lawn or something. Seems like a crazy law. Where does the children thing come in? Had to have been a kid out playing behind one of those houses. The daytime thing must be because of the lights on the boats right in these peoples backyard. Can't figure it out. Any of the residents I ever bumped into up there were happy to see us cause they wanted their bass habitat back. They used to shout from their yards..."Shoot em all" LOL!!!

Some type of incident ahd to have taken place or an anti in one of those big houses had some political pull.
