Sorry to learn of your problems with TC. This kind of "service" is becoming more common every day.More and more companies do not feel obligated to service what they sell. Went through the samestuff on a Barnett crossbow.
Had a new top of the line H-P computer go haywire last spring. It took dozens of hours waiting on thephonewhile service reps inIndia and theUS read through their technical manuals.Frustrating is not the word for it: Perhaps criminal is the word for it.
