please explain how breeding rates are detrimed, i have read all 7 pages of this to catch up on whats happening but i don't understand how the breeding rates are figured out.
WCO's check road killed does prior to the fawning season and determine if the doe was bred, how many embryos she is carrying and the approximate she was bred. They also check road killed does during and after the fawning period to determine if the doe was lactating.
