RSB provided a smoke and mirrors answer that was flat out wrong. The data shows 2B,2C and 5B lead all WMU's in the number of doe checked. The change in sample distribution does not explain a 5% decline in breeding rates.
So what is the real cause for decreased breeding rates.

I did prove it. I provided the number of doe sampled in each WMU. Now tell us what the real answer is in the AWR.
