In 5C the PGC doesn't have to do anything and the pheasant habitat would still at least 10 times better than the habitat in 2F and 2G and there has been no improvement in either our pheasant or rabbit population.
BTW, have you figured out why adult doe breeding rates have dropped by at least 6%,when you claimed increased breeding rates would offset the loss of adult doe due to HR?
