if it were me i would tell my doctor just to be safe. if its very poor circulation i would get it checked out. after that i can tell you from what ive learned is that seperating individual fingers with cloth in between as in wearing gloves thick or thin makes for cold hands and fingers. better to go with mits and a heat pack inside.
