The best thing you can do at this point is get with someone who knows,not someone that thinks they know.
That will be hard to figure out being new but it is crucial for you to learn the RIGHT WAY instead of learning a bunch of bad habits and then having to relearn later.
You need to start with form,aiming and release before you worry about the bow too much.There is a wealth of knowledge here so don't be afraid to ask about it.
I would even reccomend a coach if one is available to you.
This way,you will be able to know if you or the bow is the problem.
