It helps, but it won't make you "scent-free". If you read the advertisements, you can see that they're carefully worded to prevent lawsuit. If used properly, with other scent-removing products, it will dramatically reduce your scent. Also, throwing your Scent Lok in the dryer for a little while won't REALLY "reactivate" the carbon layer. If you really want to reactivate the carbon in your Scent Lok, I advise a trip to the sun... To be honest, if I could afford Scent Lok, I'd use it. It definitely helps, but not quite as much as they'd like you to think.
