You don't think the PGC is over selling doe tags in most WMU units knowing that most hunters won't use them?
In most WMUs they are over selling doe tags hoping the hunters will use enough to control the herd . In 2G they reduced the tags in an attempt to keep the herd stable. The question remains as to whether enough hunters filled enough tags to keep the herd stable. We won't know the answer to that question for a year or two.
Both 2B and 5D still have doe tags!!!
