RE: sako/tikka rifles
If I had to do things over, all my rifles would be Sako, except my Marlin 1895. I have one which is extremely accurate, well finished and I thought was a steal for the price. It had been sitting on the dealer' s shelves for almost two years (I guess because it was a .416). In any event, it will be my elk rifle for the forseeable future. Good Luck.
I forgot about what Stubblejumper said, which is true. If you decide on Sako, make sure you get the Optilock bases/rings, not the Leupold set.
