Tell the people what the area' s like - I' ve seen plenty of places that advertise:
' This property has only been hunted privately by a group of four guys for the past 20 years. Now we' ve decided to open it up to you, the hunter.'
Also, you' ve got the new facilities to showcase. The only other thing is the success rate for other places in the area.
