Again, I'm not speaking of the mossberg since I don't own one, but my 12 gauge Yildiz with 28" tube weighs in 5% lighter than the Berreta White Wing in 12 gauge. (6.7lbs for the Berreta vs. 6.4lbs for the Yildiz).

I'm sure fit and finish is a little nicer on the Berreta, but the Yildiz works well in the field isn't going to be an issue on lifting later in life. I'm 40 and appreciate the finer things in life, but I don't like wasting money on things just to have a fancy name either.

I'm suprised you aren't recommending an ultralight or silver pigeon, they hold their values really well.
