Default RE: Why fix pins?

Do not misunderstand. I am not saying that no pivotal is accurate and does not perform as it is designed to do, under any conditions; that they are worthless. Goods pivotals can do the job quite well as long as they are used in the limited parameters that are governed by their design, by the bow and gear, and by physics.

In fact; for those shooters that just cannot estimate yardage, have vision problems -especially depth perception difficulty, I would recommend they use a good pivotal, but also realize that they (pivotal sights) are not a panacea, that there are limitations, and that the user cannot just aim and shoot without considering any of the shooting aspects that pin shooters must.
