I use the winch on my ATV, but same concept. I find, I get less hair on the meat, that way, than skinning by hand.
BTW , I noticed ,what Im guessing is the bullet hole on the shoulder, what caliber did you use?

I shoot a 30-06. I switched to federal fusions 165 gr. They have a much more controlled expansion. They dig deep into heavy deer and don't rip the heck out of the meat.
