Can someone explain to me what could be hard to understand about customer service? I mean how much life experience does one need to grasp customer service on any level? I'm just saying.
It was
good customer service for Rage totake care of you, they should have. Maybe they could divert some of their profitsto their Quality Assurance department in the future to eliminate the need for product replacement due to defects. Again, I'm just saying.
For the record I still plan on trying them next season.
