Default soil test results back?

we plan to plant in the spring, what is needed to do right now?

i took a soil sample to k-state the other day. they told me for a deer food plot i am ready to plant. the ph was 7.6. (not sure though, but i can update with the specifics) i think they said there was 0 phosporus, 0 potasium.... should i fertilize the spot before winter?

the spot has a thick grass growing on it with a massive root. what do you recomend that we should do about the grass? i have purchased a tiller, i think we will cut the grass, remove it, then till the spot, and finally rake away the root system. the plot size is amost exactly1 acre. or should we spray the grass then come back and till it?

thanks for any help,
vic
