If you do tear it down your basically taking the law into your hands.
Especially if the person that walks up on you is the one who put it up.

I would be more worried about a warden walking up... then some fast talking is in order !! No this isn't my stand. I am sure the warden hasn't heard that one before.
It would be easier for you just to ask if you need to bend over before or afteryou getticket cause you are...
