Iparked myself in front of some pines in a field. It was raining all day. A flock came out behind me(not from the pines). 4 Toms, and at least 12 hens. They hung out in the field for half an hour before walking to the pines. I got one of the Tom's before he got there. I agree with VMartin, it is a blessing when it rains, they come out in the open and can't hear a thing.
