this past spring i shot my biggest turkey in the rain andeven heard a lil thuinder.luckily i was in a dry ground-blind. my turkey was with a hen when he showed up out of nowhere after 15 mins of loud calling. i remeber he finally gobbled and it was 5yds from the blind and i swear it shook the blind. i was suprised that they were active in the rain..but they are...mainly like these other guys said out in crop fields, feedingbut they gotta eat,sleep,sh*t and mate like everything else in the woods.
