I love carrying my .30-30 lever. If it wasn't for the limited range I would carry it all the time right now I just use it as a brush and timber gun tho.
Youre right it does make a great brush gun, but as far as the limited range, ive made 200yd shots with my dads Winchester 30-30 with iron sights!!
