I'm not familiar with vitovouri powder at all. If this is listed in that powder's manual and you are getting excellent accuracy-fret not. One thing about expanding bullets is generally the lower the velocity,the slower it will expand-thus increasing penetration to a degree. If you have a kinetic bullet puller such as the universal model rcbs makes,it wouldn't take very long at all to pull bullets,save powder,and recharge/reseat bulletsto an safe increased power loading after checking said load for accuracy,pressure,etc.
