Default RE: 243..good for deer?

Big country, I' d use the .22-250, if it' s only 32 yrds away, I guarantee every .22-250 I own could take it' s eye out, let alone be a safe bet on a head shot, even with a baby bullet that practically explodes on impact, put ANYTHING through the brain and it' s meal time, no tracking as even the best archery shot might present. I' d also get more shots off in the same time if need be, and could take longer and longer shots, whereas the bow would give me one, MAYBE two shots if I hauled on, one at 32yrds and one at 90, I shoot well enough at 66yrds, but the range a deer would be after a ' reload' would be unrealistic. In the same amount of time, I could take 3-5 well aimed shots with the bolt gun, even if the bow is a better bet as a hunter, the .22-250 would be my choice in your survival scenario.
