Default RE: 243..good for deer?

Sure, its very very valid point I am making on comparing a bow and a 22 centerfire and pistols. If its killing by cutting, blood letting, hemorrhage or hydrostatic shock, man your putting a hole in something and then trying to do more damage while inside. Killing is killing. You better not tell those dead deer I kill with a pistol that I am undergunned. They never knew the difference.

Lets take this hypothetic situation. Your lost in the woods for weeks, you have a big buck 32 yards away from you. Your starving and its the only animal you have seen for weeks. Now first off, you have no loyalty to the bow or the gun. That is important. Your only concern is getting the animal down so you and your family don' t die. In you stand, you have a 22-250 with 55gr bullistic tips that cruises well past 3500fps from the muzzle and a PSE Mohave bow with Beman 400 hawks and 100gr muzzy broadheads. Your shot is totally unobstructed. What will you use. Think about this fairly and honestly.
