i shot on efgh and saw several people get checked. i also shot well, and in years past was checked, but not this weekend. as for the folks being lazy, i think not. if you noticed it was quite nasty up on that hill, and those same " lazy" people set those ranges you shot, along with the other ranges. lazy may not be a term i would use for the folks who work so hard putting on a shoot for you, the participant....tired may be a better word.

as for your requesting to be checked, that is okay, as for people getting away with something, we all know the rules, and in the last few years i have not heard of any shooters being disqualified for equipment not being within the rules. it is good that they check, but after seeing some of the scores, i think a 3 up was not the concern. there were a lot of good scores on that combination of ranges, so maybe they did overlook a few....nelsonville will be the deciding shoot anyway. if your not within 10 points of the top shooters, it will be extremely tough to catch up....
