To people that would take someone's deer, you aren't a true deer hunter. That ain't right even if it's on your property. Let the person get it, and if they don't well, oh well. If it happens to be a buck take it's rack, but let it be there for a couple of days. If a person can't find it in a couple of days, then they probably won't find it, and they probably already gave up. Give the person at least 2 days.
